First things I've made with Delrin.
These will be pressed into sand, pulled out then the resulting hole filled with molten bronze.

These pill like objects are 8mm in diameter and have a 1.5mm hole in the centre.
I had to make 14... I needed 12 but 2 got away.
They will be riveted around the edge of one of the larger pieces.
Why are you riveting them around the edge you ask?
Because acetal polymers are very difficult to bond.

I am also very happy with my new lathe.

Nope the tinopener has got it correct...

Delrin is made from acetal homopolymer resin.

Yeah I googled it.
