After the computer fairs we had lunch at the Chinese vegetarian buffet we like then moved on to The Museum Tavern... I'm sorry to say the pub had quite a shock waiting for us... They have a television now. OH MY GOD! How the mighty have fallen, a television in The Museum Tavern! It may only be there as some promotional item as it seemed to be showing some Australian soap... But it could be the thin end of the wedge... I hope this won't mean there's another pub I won't be able to go in. OK breath deep it may be gone next week. Did I mention the Cabbage Patch pub in Twickenham? More televisions than Dixons! One is bad enough at least you can turn your back on the wretched thing. We were there the other week and everywhere you looked there were televisions. I tried looking out of the window but you could see the Big Screen Sky Sports in the pub over the road. Anyone know if the TV Be Gone off sequence can be loaded into a mobile phone with IR... Such as the P910i? I know you can program the P910i to act as a TV remote so it may be fun to see if I can do it.
I couldn't stay long at the television contaminated pub at any rate as my 2 hours sleep was starting to cause me a few difficulties so I walked back to Waterloo. Waved London a "goodbye until March" from Waterloo Bridge and came home.
Crawled into bed around 3 and slept until 7:30ish. Had dinner watched some DVDs, called Ari, set up new webcam, did this up date.
