I'm sitting here waiting for Comet to phone me back about my dead satnav. They've had it a month now, they originally said they'd call me back the same day I took it in. Then they said it would take two weeks for it to be sent back to the manufacture for testing. Now a month later they tell me they will look into it and call me back. From the moment I walked up to the customer service desk I felt I was been given the runaround. Feels like the old "dick 'em around for as long as possible and hopefully they'll give up". At least I now have a direct number now, before they insisted I go through their call centre with all the "press 1 if you want..." I hear those words and just lose the will to live.

Well it's been an hour now... should I call 'em back or give them another month?
