I did manage to sleep last night, eventually. But not before nature had messed with my head.

At around the 40 hours without sleep point (really not sure because I was really over the edge by then), I thought I may be able to get off to sleep. As I closed my eyes and began to drift off...


"CRACKER BOOM!"

Texas decides to say "goodbye" to me with a full on thunder storm. I was immediately wide awake again for another hour or so.


Heading off to the airport in a couple of hours.
