This is a pain in the... ankle. [Jan. 20th, 2013|12:14 pm]

"Ankle hurts? Drive out bad spirits by rattling bones over foot." This can't be the NHS Website.

According to the NHS website I can expect to be out of action for two weeks. Two weeks! I haven't got time for this. Just as I was starting to see some progress in the cellar reconstruction, I fall and twist my ankle like a 70s Doctor Who companion fleeing from that week's monster.

Oh well in the spirit of "If you're given lemons..." and all that, I'll spend the time off my feet designing the bookcases for the front room. Luckily I've already put the room dimensions into a CAD prog, so I can get on with the plotting out of drawers, cupboards and whatsits. Thinking about it I can also workout all my timber requirements and put together an order for the timber yard, with some cutting done by them.

So that's the plan. Rest ankle, design library.

Library

An empty room to be filled with books.
