Just back from seeing The Martian

Rather excellent I thought. Jo said it was "...a bloody good advert for duct-tape". I may try and set up an experiment to test duct-tape's ability to work in Martian conditions.

I was worried they were going to make some major changes to the story, pleased to say they didn't. All too often film makers make too many changes and ruin the stories. Yeah, I know you have to make certain changes to fit stories into a couple of hours screen time. However sometimes it's like an architect has dreamed up a fantastical and marvellous building, and the builder looks at the blueprints and decides to build a bungalow. Pleased to say The Martian isn't one of these films.
